Knollwood Elementary Scholar of the Month!

Kyle was awarded the Knollwood Elementary School Scholar of the Month award for October in an early morning ceremony in front of the whole school.

In his Week 6 reading assessment, he scored 107 words per minute and 97 words per minute in two separate reading tests. The minimum target in first grade for week 6 is 10 words per minute (50th percentile) and the goal is 30 words per minute (75th percentile). He smashed the goal!
